By accessing or using Producti ("Service"), operated by Mileto & Co, LLC DBA Producti ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Producti is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides task management, calendar integration, time tracking, and intelligent workflow automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILETO & CO, LLC DBA PRODUCTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• 📱Apple is not responsible for addressing claims of intellectual property infringement
• 📱Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them
